1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange. 

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
• You must provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping Fees
• If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered), Tooth Tools will cover all return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to a change of mind (the item has no defects), the customer (buyer) is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

4. All Products Are Eligible
All products listed on our store are eligible for return and refund, provided they strictly meet the safety and packaging conditions mentioned above.

5. Refunds Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via an agreed bank transfer/wallet in Egypt). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's or payment provider's policies.
