Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Order Confirmation via WhatsApp
After placing your order on our website, our team will send a confirmation message to your registered phone number via WhatsApp. Please ensure your contact details are correct so we can verify and proceed with your shipment.

2. Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD)
To ensure maximum convenience and security, we exclusively offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Egypt. You will pay the total amount (product price + shipping fee) in cash to the delivery courier once you receive your order.

3. Order Processing Time
Once confirmed via WhatsApp, all orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays).

  - Shipping Fee: 100 EGP
  - Estimated Delivery Time: Within 2 business days
• Delta Governorates:
  - Shipping Fee: 110 EGP
  - Estimated Delivery Time: Within 2 business days
• Upper Egypt:
  - Shipping Fee: 130 EGP
  - Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 3 business days
• Marsa Matrouh & North Sinai:
  - Shipping Fee: 150 EGP
  - Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days
